The Procedure:
When you receive your test kit, you must freeze your gel packs overnight and activate the test kit. Detailed instructions will be provided to guide you through your sampling procedure. A lancet will be used to collect drops of blood from your finger tips into a small collection tube.
Once your sample is collected, the portal will automatically book and schedule your DHL courier collection for the same day. You must be able to print your generated shipping label and tape this onto the outer carton.
Please note, DHL will collect from your house so you must be available to hand the package to the courier. Our wafers are freeze dried so that NAD+ can be maintained in its most stable state. To maintain prime condition of your SL-NAD+ wafers, this product needs to be stored in the refrigerator.
Each wafer contains 50 mg of pure NAD+. 30 wafers are supplied per tin.

How to use
Rinse your mouth, place wafer under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Avoid swallowing for as long as possible at least until the wafer is fully dissolved. Do not consume food or drink within 5-10 minutes of taking the wafer. Take 1-2 wafers daily or as recommended by your physician.
Precautions
Do not take SL-NAD+™ if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive or under 18 years of age.
