This supplement must be kept refrigerated at 2-8 C.
Dissolve each vial with 10mL saline and use within 24 hours once resuspended. Ensure the NAD+ has fully dissolved. Remove 10mL (500 mg) solution from the vial and add into 500 mL saline (not provided) and intravenously infuse slowly over 2.5 hours or longer.
For first time users of NAD+ infusion, it is recommended to use half dose (250 mg in 250 mL saline) and administer over 60-90 minutes dependening on tolerance.
Common side effects whilst having the infusion include nausea, abdominal cramping and headache. If symptoms worsen terminate the infusion. Monitoring the individual whilst having the infusion is highly recommended.
